We currently ship to all EU countries, the UK, and the USA.
Shipping costs vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
Orders above 100 EUR may qualify for free shipping!
Will I receive a confirmation when my order is shipped?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your delivery time?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping times are estimated during checkout.
What if my product is not delivered on time?
Delays can occur due to carriers, peak seasons, or customs.
If your order hasn’t moved for 48 hours or is past the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@carissimibedding.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Address changes are possible only if your order has not yet shipped.

2. Returns, exchanges & cancellations
What is your return policy?
If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your unused product within 15 days.
To start a return, email info@carissimibedding.com with your order number.
You will receive instructions and a return label (fees vary by region).
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or adjust your order if it has not yet shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@carissimibedding.com.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Send photos to info@carissimibedding.com within 48 hours.
We’ll replace the item free of charge or issue a refund.
How long is the warranty?
Warranty terms depend on the product (see product pages).
If your item arrives defective, we will arrange a free replacement.
Do you offer free returns?
Return fees depend on your region.
Defective or incorrect items are always returned/refunded free of charge.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

What makes Carissimi pillows and mattresses unique?
We use original memory foam crafted with molding technology, not cut foam.
This creates seamless shapes, better support, and longer durability.

Are your products chemical-free and sustainable?
Yes. Our memory foam is produced with water-based technology and without harsh chemicals.
Covers include eco-friendly materials known for breathability and sustainability.
My pillow looks slightly flat after unpacking. Is this normal?
Yes; completely normal.
After unpacking, your pillow may need up to 24 hours to fully expand into its original shape. Original memory foam responds to air and temperature, so simply leave it in a well-ventilated room and it will settle naturally.
I noticed a slight odor when unpacking. Is this normal?
Yes; it’s completely normal.
Original memory foam may release a mild scent that disappears after a few days.
Air your pillow in a well-ventilated room and the scent will fade naturally.
We do not use chemical odor blockers.
How do I take care of my pillow or mattress?
- Covers are removable and washable.
- Memory foam cores cannot be machine-washed.
- Air-dry covers only (no tumble dry).

Can the memory foam be washed?
No. The foam core should never be washed, soaked, or exposed to heat.
Only the outer cover is washable.
Are your pillows suitable for all sleep positions?
Each model is designed for specific needs:
- Classic Pillow: all sleep positions
- Original Pillow: back & side
- Dreamers Pillow: back, side & stomach
- Travel Mate: perfect for travel comfort
How long does an original memory foam pillow last?
With proper care, 3–5 years.
Our molding-made foam holds its shape longer than cut foam alternatives.
Are your pillows hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our foams and covers are naturally hypoallergenic and dust-mite resistant.
Do I need to fluff or reshape the pillow?
No. Our molded memory foam maintains its form automatically.
Do the pillows come with a carrying bag?
Yes. Every Carissimi pillow includes a multi-purpose travel/storage bag.
Can I use your pillows with any pillowcase?
Yes, but we recommend using our breathable covers for the best performance.
4. Orders & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, iDEAL (where available), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please see possible methods at the check-out page.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed using secure PCI-compliant technology.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount Code” field before payment.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one code can be applied per order.
5. Trials & Guarantee
Do you offer a trial period?
We provide a 15-night risk-free trial on pillows.
If it’s not right for you, return it for a refund.
What happens if I don't like my pillow?

Is there a warranty?
Yes; most Carissimi products include up to 2 years warranty.
